There were at least 3 associates working behind the counter & before I blinked, the assistant manager Thomas was calling “Next”. This man was truly an asset to The UPS Store. Courteous, professional, he took our package & gave us our receipt & made sure we were totally satisfied before we walked out. I’ll do all my mail business here anytime.

The recent staffing changes have resulted in service levels declining. Long lines while employees are just standing around is common at this point. They screw up large copy orders and are snippy when you ask for help. I will go to Wilmington going forward.
