    I had two packages to send out Gerick took care of it neatly and efficiently, and answered all my questions. In and out in a flash. What more could I ask for!!!! Great job Gerick.

    It’s impressive how busy this place is while the staff still take the time to help with packing and answering questions. Everytime Ive come in they have been friendly and knowledgeable. I came in todaay 12/17/25 and Gerick helped me with my shipment and suggested a box over the mailer I had, since it was a delicate item. It was nice of him to express care for my item despite having a long line. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my item arriving safely, not just taking my shipment and moving on to the next person to get thru the line. Thank you!

    I had an exceptional experience with this company, thanks to Lauren, Thomas and Morgan. Lauren and Thomas took the time to educate me on the type of box I was trying to ship my items in, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my Christmas gifts getting there safely and securely. What truly stood out, though, was their top-tier customer service. Every question I had was answered promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find a business so committed to making sure customers feel valued and supported. Morgan then took the time to help me fix my Amazon return, since my code was set to Whole Foods. She guided me through the cancellation process and got my code changed to The UPS Store. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be shipping and returning with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable shipping and outstanding customer service!

    This store has driven me away from the UPS stores. I am a reseller who resells with an eBay store, Mercari store, Reverb store and Whatnot store. When I send my packages off, I pack them well. As any reseller knows how to do. I use boxes that do not come from the ups store. So they do not have a certain stamp on them. But I reuse some boxes. And I buy some boxes from Walmart that are used for shipping. I am very good at packaging my boxes. For some reason, this particular UPS store has a problem with sending out packages that don't have the stamp on them. Now understand that through eBay and Mercari, we have an QR Code scan. All they have to do is scan it and print the label and ship it out. I do not have this problem and any other ups store other than the one in Leland. Multiple times I have talked to the manager or assistant manager, I don't know which one it is. But I have talked to her, and I thought we had this all worked out. But the last time I went in there, which was was about three weeks ago, they told me that I could not ship out the package, but they'll be glad to sell me a box and ship it for me. The manager who I've talked to several times was standing right there next to the worker. She did not say anything about me being able to ship it out without the stamp as we had talked previously. I said this would be my last time going in the store and I will make sure that I will let any other reseller know that this is a problem with this ups store. The reason why I use this ups store is because I live in Leland. But now since I have this problem over and over with this UPS store, all my items that I post now are going through FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Because I am very upset about this. So if I have to go into town, why use ups if this is a repeated occurrence. It can happen at the other ones. So warning to all resellers who like to use your own box or reuse boxes? And you know how to ship your own packages, don't use this Store. I repeat, don't use this store. I will also post some information on my youtube page about the problem with ups. And that's all because of this one particular ups store because they represent ups. Ouce again. Don't use this store!
