  This used to be a good location but it's been terrible the last 2 times I've been. They try to make you purchase their boxes even when your items are already packed in what is clearly a shipping box. I honestly would rather deal with the post office. UPS used to be a better option for convenience and customer service, but definitely not this store.

  My wife and I have sent a lot of packages over the years and have always just gone to wherever is closest, but man, this UPS Store location has totally opened our eyes. Shout out to Lisa at the counter today, she was an absolute gem! We came in a little frazzled about getting a standard package shipped out right away (just needed the right box size and shipping option), and Lisa made us feel like we weren’t just another couple in a rush. She was super patient and friendly, and explained all of our options without making us feel like idiots for asking questions. She even pointed out a cheaper but still quick way to ship it that we wouldn’t have considered on our own. Her energy was so positive and welcoming. It actually made a normally annoying errand into a pleasant experience for both of us. We left smiling and feeling taken care of, which is rare these days. Thanks to Lisa, this is now our UPS Store. We won’t be bouncing around to different locations or trying to do it ourselves at the post office anymore. We’re happy to be coming back here every time. Thank you, Lisa, for being so awesome at what you do and making your customers feel like they matter! Highly recommend this location, especially if Lisa is working 😊

  Recently, I was shipping something to a friend and met this kind lady named Lisa. She assisted me with a shipment and she was funny, upbeat and Knowledgeable. I would 100% go back there.

  Jen at UPS is truly outstanding. Her knowledge is impressive—she answers questions quickly and confidently, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. Her customer service is exceptional; she’s friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She is always smiling and kind, which instantly makes you feel welcome. Her upbeat, positive energy is contagious and makes every visit a great experience. Jen is a huge asset to the team, and I always hope she’s working when I stop in!
