  I came into the UPS Store today and was greeted time i entered the store. I had the pleasure of being helped by a nice young man with beautiful locs. He was so polite and helpful and had a big smile on his face. It's hard to find friendly people in the stores these days so it was a refreshing experience.

  What a great experience using the UPS store in Leland NC. I was visiting for a softball tournament and had to ship my bat back home. I walked into this store and was greeted immediately and asked if I needed any help, he introduced himself as Thomas and was so polite and helpful. After he got me a box and helped me set everything up he also started talking to me on how he plays and coaches softball. I was so delighted with this experience and have to make sure everyone knows if you need ups services don’t hesitate to drop in there cause customer service is top notch!!!

  I don’t leave reviews often but I just wanted to give a shoutout to Shuron for always being wonderful and kind to everyone including me when I come to this store. I usually do Amazon returns at the kiosk but when they are being used, he always tells me to come to the register to help me. He’s also helped me with my shipping needs as well. I appreciate his positive energy and he has a great smile! I was in the store yesterday and it looked like he was dealing with a customer complaint unfortunately. Still he remained calm, kind, and unfazed throughout even while the customer was giving him a hard time. This store has great customer service all around and I’m glad there are employees like Shuron representing this store!

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store!! Today I went in to complain about a situation and ask for a resolution. The “manager” on duty Shuron listened to the issue and then told me there was nothing he would do to resolve it or compensate me. They charged an older friend of mine $440 to overnight a CPAP machine from Wilmington, NC to Las Vegas Even though it was sent on a Saturday it did not arrive until Tuesday. When I asked to speak to the overall manager or owner he refused to give me their info or even a name and said he would have them “contact” me. At this time another employee by the name of Caya starting saying really loudly “Your doing an Amazing Job” to him and being very facetious. This was extremely embarrassing in front of the other customers in the shop. When I was leaving she rudely said “Have a nice day!!” To me. Right in the middle of her interaction with another customer. Terrible terrible service!!!

  My wife and I have sent a lot of packages over the years and have always just gone to wherever is closest, but man, this UPS Store location has totally opened our eyes. Shout out to Lisa at the counter today, she was an absolute gem! We came in a little frazzled about getting a standard package shipped out right away (just needed the right box size and shipping option), and Lisa made us feel like we weren’t just another couple in a rush. She was super patient and friendly, and explained all of our options without making us feel like idiots for asking questions. She even pointed out a cheaper but still quick way to ship it that we wouldn’t have considered on our own. Her energy was so positive and welcoming. It actually made a normally annoying errand into a pleasant experience for both of us. We left smiling and feeling taken care of, which is rare these days. Thanks to Lisa, this is now our UPS Store. We won’t be bouncing around to different locations or trying to do it ourselves at the post office anymore. We’re happy to be coming back here every time. Thank you, Lisa, for being so awesome at what you do and making your customers feel like they matter! Highly recommend this location, especially if Lisa is working 😊
