- CSCarm ShawSep 13, 20251.0Lawsonville PO has gone downhill since the newest clerk started 6 months ago. In the past, there were 2 clerks that have transferred out, which were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in their customer service. The new female clerk, with pink hair, is rude! Acts like it's a bother to help you. The first encounter I had with her, she refused to help me generate manual eBay labels. Told me no, that office does not do it. The past 2 clerks did it! I had not been back to that office and used other offices. Today, September 13th, I had no choice but to use the Lawsonville office. I entered the office, the lights were out, and she acted like it was a bother to help me. I gave her my 3 pre-labled packages to send out. She said I was all set. I said no, not yet. I asked her to scan them in while I was there. She rolled her eyes, aggressively grabbed the scanner, used it, and then slammed it down on the table. NEVER again, will I go back. What a rude and unprofessional pink haired person.
