- RBRoss BFeb 9, 20261.0They had one agent working and the other agent was on break. A company came in with a ton of packages to ship. We had to wait for 20 minutes for the scanning. When I finally got to the counter and shipped my package the agent printed my receipt and also pressed the “very satisfied “ button for me. I was far from satisfied. They have no right to answer the question for you. It is the customers choice not theirs.

The mail person was apparently too lazy to park street side and walk my packages to the door. BTW the house sits approximately 50 ft from the road. I can't even call the local post office and complain because all USPS calls go through a 800 number.
