Checked around, it turns out it's been closed for around a week as of writing. I have never seen a UPS location do this with complete disregard for their customers that have mailboxes there. A lot of people in their small businesses through this location, it's crazy to see the instability this has caused in the community. I would love to process my Amazon return without driving an hour to the next closest location. I'm not even sure if I can change the assigned return location on Amazon...

I came in the other day (only one in store) and the owner said, “I’ll be right with you”. She proceeded to fumble with something until someone else came in then she jumped on serving me.
