You have no business representing the USPS as a customer service person or you have never been trained properly. You're a bully. No need to be so mean!! Sure would be nice if the postal workers at the Landis, NC post office would show just an element of kindness to their customers. Been there 3 times now and same poor customer service each time.👎during this time when everyone is enduring hardship can't we just be nice to each other.
