I sent two different car titles to two different addresses in South Carolina on 9/2 and was told they'd be received by 9/5. As of 9/11 neither recipient has seen delivery. Tried to call but the number listed is national and requires a tracking number, which I don't have because it was sent first class in an envelope. Never again. :(
