This Post Office is HORRIBLE!!!! My mail carrier has mis-delivered my packages so many times, and a couple of them I was never able to recover. When you call the Post Office, they NEVER answer the phone! Such incompetence all away around!!!

Very professional and friendly. I drop off, pick up, and ship out packages Monday through Friday. This is the best Post Office around in my area.

Black man employee came up to me to take my packages, cool, but after he started talking about a scan form when he got back, not sure why. I was just dropping off, as long as they scan them in the back as either accepted, or departed, or both, before they go to the plant at Westgate, I don’t need any more than that for insurance purposes and delivery times. I think he thought I was asking for a drop-off scan, I wasn’t, but he took them and scanned them in the back anyway (I heard the beeps through the door and checked later in the tracking). **As a note: I've been dropping off packages daily to different locations over 15 years. 10s of 1000s of packages. Scan forms do not work/count as accepted by USPS for the purpose of any claims on any platform. USPS will also deny your claim if there is only a scan form “scan” bc it is arbitrary, aka, the scan means nothing. No problem with the Black guy. He talked to the bald White guy while holding my container. When I asked the bald White male clerk at the counter, since the Black guy drug me into talking to them anyway, about the "system down" sign on the door lied and said that they can’t scan any packages at this location when I asked about the “system down” sign on the door that mentions cash, yet, when I drop off my packages they do in fact still receive acceptance and departure scans at this location, which is all I wanted to know, so what he told me, in fact, was a lie. He was a defensive for no reason. Some White woman came out of the shadows like she was backup, there was absolutely no issue on my part of it, I just asked a simple question & the White got instantly defensive and just lied. I would have never even spoken to any of them had the Black man employee not drug me into it. All I wanted to know was if/when I drop my packages to the big bin (or where-ever) like I always do almost daily, would they at least get an acceptance or a departure scan (as they are required to do) before going to the plant at Westgate since the sign said “system down” & the White male clerk outright lied & was rude & short. He just said anything. I’d bet everything that the aura would have been entirely different had I been White instead. This location has always seemed a bit hostile & unfriendly. The Asian woman is the only one that seems to make at least some effort at all to be hospitable, the rest, just don’t. Due to the employees, this is one USPS I do not like visiting at all, never have, unfortunately, it’s the nearest. Sunnybrook is best for package drop off; they have a system, with a designated drop-off counter and you can just drop off and they get scanned later very quickly every time there, with no attitudes, no issues & no hassle, not so for this location. They need to take notes from Sunnybrook and others. This place is the least efficient. Least customer friendly. And least able to just take drop off packages & scan them later consistently. It took them years to even just think of even putting a bin out, which I’m sure was prompted by others that bring many packages, but even with the big bin, they don’t even leave it out until closing. Just lazy & uncoordinated here. Edit: Funny how the same day I originally posted this review, later that day, this same USPS "lost" some of my packages, and they were not recovered. Coincidence? I think not. I will be contacting the plant manager/plant manager secretary that I know elsewhere to see what can be done/filed to resolve and to start a documented paper trail regarding the repeated issues at this location.
