Ever since ReadyRefresh and Primo Water merged, it has been an absolute nightmare. I haven’t received a single delivery in over 2.5 months, yet they continue to charge me monthly for a service I’m not receiving.
Each time they skip my delivery, they reschedule it for weeks later—only to skip it again. It’s been a constant, frustrating cycle. I’ve spent hours on hold trying to reach someone, and when I finally did (after a 2-hour wait), they promised my water would arrive last Friday and said I’d receive discounts on my next billing cycle.
Well, Friday came and went—no water. Now I’ve been told to wait until June 23rd, which I highly doubt will happen either, meaning I’ll have gone three full months without any deliveries.
On top of that, the new system they implemented routes everything through automated chats or bots, which just tell you someone will get back to you in 3–5 days—a complete lie. No one has followed up, and I’ve received zero updates.
I signed up through a sales rep at Costco, and while things started off fine, it has since gone completely downhill. This whole experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. I regret ever signing up with them.
Oh and now I want to cancel my subscription and I can’t even do that. If I could give 0 stars I would.
