- PBPaige BishopDec 10, 20251.0USPS needs to do better. No office within 120 mile radius answers their phone. All offices have the same number directory that is AI and Is not helpful at all and quite frustrating. I had to look up the individual phone numbers to each place and even those phones either don’t work or again nobody bothers to answer them. Pretty sure they even unhooked the phone while it was ringing because it started a busy dial tone in the middle of my second attempt at calling. The website is not much better that’s the whole reason I decided to call. It wouldn’t let me make an appt online, and they turn you away for walk ins even when the website says they take walk ins. I’m at a loss.
