If you have to speak to her to resolve any disputes she just stares at you blankly, tells you the regulations prevent her from helping you with your problem, then turns around and does something against said regulations the next day.

Rang bell and a voice from the back said be with you in a minute. Continued to wait before I said this is ridiculous. Someone should be at that counter. I left.
