- JFJosh FrancisSep 3, 20221.0The African American lady that is always at the counter Is about the laziest person I have ever seen in my life she is not e alert at all she is never at the counter and always acts so rude and honestly racist. She had the worst personality For a human I have ever dealt with. This is a close post office and I use it only cause it’s the closest one for me. This lady seems she hates to even wait on you anyone and had the worst customer service As well. The last time I was in this office she was in the back one her personal cell phone talking to a family member the lobby was filled with people and more was constantly coming in . It was at least 8 people in there waiting while she was taking her time being on the phone we had to ring the bell 3 times to get any service . This service of hers is beyond rude, lazy, and very unprofessional everytime I go in This post office

Rang bell and a voice from the back said be with you in a minute. Continued to wait before I said this is ridiculous. Someone should be at that counter. I left.
