- DBD BDec 16, 20255.0Have dropped off many prepaid packages at this location and have consistently had a good experience with this location. Never had any issue with my packages being scanned in and reaching their destinations on time. This is juxtaposed to the main Fuquay location which recently screwed up big time with a recent drop off. That experienced has reaffirmed my decision to only trust my parcels at this location.

Fearful that I had to pay shipping to items I didn't even buy, (I was told previously I might have to) I braced for the worse. Mrs.Anderson was knowledgeable enough to let me know that I can do a refusal instead of a return. She was very patient in explaining to what to expect and was just so nice & helpful. 5 star service. Thank you Julie! You are a Gem! **Adding to this review, She helped a man in front of me who was having problems with a missing package. I was impressed by her professionalism and way of explaining what to expect and next course of action. Shes the best!
