His cheerful attitude and willingness to help get our products shipped out safely and promptly is so appreciated. After MANY issues at other local post office locations giving me extreme anxiety about shipping our products, the kindness and helpfulness is a breath of fresh air. I won't be going to any other locations again!!

Fearful that I had to pay shipping to items I didn't even buy, (I was told previously I might have to) I braced for the worse. Mrs.Anderson was knowledgeable enough to let me know that I can do a refusal instead of a return. She was very patient in explaining to what to expect and was just so nice & helpful. 5 star service. Thank you Julie! You are a Gem! **Adding to this review, She helped a man in front of me who was having problems with a missing package. I was impressed by her professionalism and way of explaining what to expect and next course of action. Shes the best!
