- JEJessica EdwardsMar 24, 20231.0Terrible attitudes…always. I know it’s easier said than done, but just go ahead and retire if you are so unhappy. I find myself trying to be overly kind to them, but even that doesn’t help their attitudes. I cannot stand having to go in there.
- FDFanecia DayeSep 12, 20222.0When you enter these post offices especially this one. The postal workers have worked for post office so long they do not smile or interact with customer that much. They have absolutely no customer service skills at all. They are older and set in their ways behind the counter. They have been on the mail truck for many years and the USPS put them in retail stores when it is close to retirement and they feel because they have delivered so much mail in all weather conditions as part of their job description when they get into the retail store they are assigned to they do not want to deal with any customers. They want to sit down and ring up customers and retire.. They want to retire you and the post office they work at. They are very stuck up. I feel like it is time for you to retire and stop making us miserable. I do not care for this one. It seems like when I go here the employees are unhappy. I will not say anything else, but we need the United States Postal Service! Thank you for the service that the dedicated hardworkers have done for us all.
