- HBHannah BarlowNov 26, 20251.0I just moved to King. They did not tell us that our mailbox was on the wrong side of the road. They just held all of our mail. My husband called yesterday because I had a medication coming in that I really needed. They said they would make a note to hold it for us. I took off work to get there early to pick it up to find out that they sent it back. I asked the post master how were we supposed to know that our mailbox was on the wrong side of the road. He said “you just have to know”. An absolute joke. However, the guy who went to check and see if they sent it back was friendly. I do not think this was on him. Idk who it was on, but ofc im pretty upset.

It was a day late and I was concerned. A sweet lady Christine helped me track it and all was well..Its a large clean PO and impressed..and im hard to impress..

In the past, they have always just charged me postage and put them in the machine that puts postage on them. This literally takes 3 seconds per card and I had twenty, so apparently it’s too much to ask them to do 60 seconds worth of customer service work for $9.40 in profit.
