The clerk claimed they weren’t in the correct packaging for the label, but they were in a priority envelope with a priority label. The same way I’ve been shipping them for many years with no issue. An incompetent worker rejected them and instead of holding them for me to come get them, they sent them off to who knows where and now all 60 are nowhere to be found. A 10,000 mistake. Then the worker I spoke with said, they will probably go to “dead mail” and get destroyed.
