- 888BitHeroDec 5, 20251.0This place lost 60 packages I left in their Dropbox. 60 families Christmas gifts. Stay away from this one. The clerk claimed they weren’t in the correct packaging for the label, but they were in a priority envelope with a priority label. The same way I’ve been shipping them for many years with no issue. An incompetent worker rejected them and instead of holding them for me to come get them, they sent them off to who knows where and now all 60 are nowhere to be found. A 10,000 mistake. Then the worker I spoke with said, they will probably go to “dead mail” and get destroyed.

I ended up cancelling a subscription to a magazine as mine was apparently the one at the top of the bundle. I would constantly get them with box cutter slices going through the cover and multiple pages and looking as if it was carried through a war. I mention it to a supervisor and got a "that is how we cut the straps" response. In addition, for the 2nd time in a week, I received a "package delivered" notification, hours after the normal delivery time, only to find that the delivery wasn't actually made. The first one showed up the next day. Hoping the second one does as well, but whats the point of the tracking info if it is not accurate?
