- MPMyron Pearman6 days ago1.0We are Amazon Prime power users and luckily do not have returns often however when we do need to return and use the UPS Store Kernersville it is a challenging and bad experience. The "no name" manager/assistant manager tries to scare you into buying a box or envelope with the "threat" of Amazon not providing the full credit. She does not work for Amazon and in every situation, I have had no issues with getting my full refund from Amazon sending it back normally. Also didn't realize for one package needed to print the shipping label. Wanted to charge me $4 for printing an e-mail????? They must be hurting for revenue to keep trying to gouge the customer like that however not sure they are coached to see the customers as customers or a nuisance. Will not be using this UPS store for Amazon returns in the future and will be sharing my feedback with Amazon corporate on this UPS store practices.

When he asked for assistance (he has sciatica and he is 78) he told her the boxes were heavy approximately 47 lbs. she developed an attitude. I went inside to speak to her and told her that I did not appreciate her attitude with him. We only had 1 label and the package was in two boxes. We went home and printed out 2 labels. He came back and after waiting in line for someone else in front of him she left him standing in the line and walked away. So he asked the other attendant for a manager and eventually she did return and when he asked her name she said NO NAME, that’s my name. How ridiculous that UPS would have such a condescending person in charge. I love my UPS delivery guy but this return location is a joke. Kernersville deserves better! September 8th approximately 2:15 pm
