The one woman working yesterday actually told another customer “ I don’t even like my own children enough to help them , why would I want to help anyone else “ She is a customer representative so that would be her job . Rude and uncalled for .. they weren’t even busy . I just left it was so disgusting. Where are people held accountable for their actions representing the company ?

A 12” square box cost near $12 and to ship it the cost was $19.67 for ground service to go from Kernersville NC to Georgia. It contained one toy. I paid almost as much in the box and shipping as I paid for the toy. Also, they people who work at the store are not very friendly and the shuffle around in the store with no sense of urgency. Very disappointing.

- MPMyron PearmanNov 17, 20251.0We are Amazon Prime power users and luckily do not have returns often however when we do need to return and use the UPS Store Kernersville it is a challenging and bad experience. The "no name" manager/assistant manager tries to scare you into buying a box or envelope with the "threat" of Amazon not providing the full credit. She does not work for Amazon and in every situation, I have had no issues with getting my full refund from Amazon sending it back normally. Also didn't realize for one package needed to print the shipping label. Wanted to charge me $4 for printing an e-mail????? They must be hurting for revenue to keep trying to gouge the customer like that however not sure they are coached to see the customers as customers or a nuisance. Will not be using this UPS store for Amazon returns in the future and will be sharing my feedback with Amazon corporate on this UPS store practices.
