    Their little motto EASY is a button that does not work. Delivery and pick up is a joke! I am suprised they got the order correct when I eventually did get the product i really needed ASAP. I was told I could pick up items in store and that was not the case cor all pdoducts oddered

    The store is always very clean and organized, the products I shop for are always on their expected places, and the associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish that the store carried Coka Cola products at POS. Lol!

    We love this Staples store! DJ is fantastic! However we weren’t impressed with Skylar at UPS shipping, thus the 3 stars. Skylar keyed the send to address wrong. Didn’t verify spelling said “address doesn’t exist” sent my husband off. It’s obviously a personal address. I pulled the address up in Google Maps and approached Skylar, see it’s my brothers house. Skylar likes to argue, “well the system says it doesn’t exist”. I had Skylar re-enter the address. I said “there’s no R before the B”. Ahh it does exist. Then Skylar rudely named off pricing. No explanation why I couldn’t send it other than express. I got DJ the manager on duty. DJ apologized. DJ pleasantly helped us with the rest of our needs, a $300+ order aside from UPS shipping. Then DJ pleasantly assisted us with our UPS shipment. Fore warning if Skylar is working shipping during this Holiday Season much less this evening be prepared for the rude attitude throughout your entire experience and be sure Skylar is entering the shipping send to correctly or who knows where it’ll wind up. Again, very appreciative DJ was there or we would have walked out.
