- RMRyan MSep 16, 20221.0I was expecting a package and amazon received the update "Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown Kenly, NC US" When using the tracking number the message stated "...because the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location and no further information was available." And with that opted to return it to the sender. I'm not sure how they aren't able to find my house or that they believe it is vacant? This is highly disappointing.
