I called and spoke w/ Patrick regarding some packages that my notice said was at the post office. Had to call him again and he went in to the whole spill about my mail not being at his post office. He was very rude and got loud when he was telling me that it wasn't there. Patrick you need to do better. Every time I go in this post office you have an attitude. Leave if you don't like being employed at this post office. I do love the lady at the front desk she's always so courteous and polite.

I went in having to mail a package across the country to my son and was largely unsure of the box and postage needed. The postmaster was patient and very competent in his assistance. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in ensuring I had the correct insurance and that the package would be delivered on time.

I’ve had such bad experiences coming here most were fine. But it has nothing to do with the post office at all. It’s the employees infect just one employee. The tall man who works there for years have always had such an attitude when it comes with small mistakes on the packages. I’ve tried shipping a few items as priority mail but accidentally used the wrong box. So I bought another label which he obviously knew. And afterwards I bought one he said he can use the one I already bought and they will “charge me”
They never charged me and I spent 14$ for no reason which I never got back.
He has such a way with mostly people with color. I’ve always noticed that. And has just such a bad attitude with anyone.
He needs to be fired.
Racist behavior
And rude.

Very nice post office. The customer service is fantastic. Always happy to see there customers. Never have a problem with the Kenansville post office unlike the neighboring towns .
