I came to post a review and quickly realized there are many others with the same story. If you hate your job that much then just quit. Dont spread your poor attitude to innocent customers. I feel sorry for that woman's husband. And if she doesn't have one then I can understand why

Lady wouldn't let me use my own box (said it was a UPSP box I wrapped up.and was not allowed to re use) then when I asked to speak with her boss I overheard their conversation about me being an assistant. So the boss lady said "Ill make him wait out there for a while then" I immediately left and went to Concord Post Office and had absolutely NO problems.

No signs anywhere on where to check in, wait, etc. Well past my appointment time too and still waiting. Why hasn’t this person been fired yet. Oh wait she’s a government worker. Never mind.
