    Tashi "helped" us with passports today and let me tell you, she is the most miserable, unfriendly human being I have come in contact with in a VERY long time. Watch the videos, uses, and youll see how condescending she talk to people. Her cadence is light but her attitude is AWFUL.

    I have been here twice and that's twice too many. These are some of the rudest and most incompetent bunch of workers that I have ever seen. It's shameful to treat customers so poorly. We will be driving to Concord from now on or dropping our mail off at the UPS store.

    I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my visit for a passport appointment today was HORRIFIC. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to going. Lady behind the counter with braids is the most rude customer facing employee I have ever encountered. Short with every customer who walked in the door, condescending, etc. I could not contain myself any longer and said to her “you seem thrilled to be here!” And she matched that energy by responding with a passive aggressive remark of her own 😂 she should be working in a cubicle somewhere or on the unemployment line. Won’t return. I hate to say that, because Britt who actually processed my passport was fantastic. Maybe have him on the front counter and let the other lady sort mail in the back.

    They need to fire that lady with the braids I need to see if that post office is hiring so they can get an employee that actually cares about giving customers a good experience what is so hard about nice. Just terrible.

    Tashi is a miserable human. Incredibly rude and sarcastic to the customers, then turns to talk to the employees like best friends. An awful experience.
