Lady behind the counter with braids is the most rude customer facing employee I have ever encountered. Short with every customer who walked in the door, condescending, etc. I could not contain myself any longer and said to her “you seem thrilled to be here!” And she matched that energy by responding with a passive aggressive remark of her own 😂 she should be working in a cubicle somewhere or on the unemployment line. Won’t return. I hate to say that, because Britt who actually processed my passport was fantastic. Maybe have him on the front counter and let the other lady sort mail in the back.
