    Chris is a great guy the owner and I know I’m pretty well seeing him many times since I’ve been coming here and I can say he has the best store within a 250 mile radius. The only thing is is he shorthanded that’s why I lowered it to a Star, but his employees could handle a customers a little faster, but he has the cleanest store around

    This is my go-to UPS store for any Amazon returns. I'm always in and out even if there's a line. I've been to other UPS around the Kannapolis/Concord area and they're slow and unfriendly so I now only come here.

    T-Mobile shipped a phone on December 1st, 2025, UPS decided to keep the phone. Last update was 12/03/2025 at 6:17 am. Phone still at the ups Kannapolis, NC. T-Mobile is refusing to refund me until UPS resolves the issue. UPS only answers that they do not know where the package is. Today is December 31st, 2025. No phone, no refund.
