Last time I had to wait 3 months before I decided to call them and even that didn't work I had to leave a note in my mailbox explaining how to deliver the mail to the entire trailer park.... Then I got 3 months worth of mail at once which was damaged.... And it's happening again... Due to this I missed papers from the IRS and other things that were very important and it has caused me financial hardship...

Get there and the package is not there. Found the driver and got my package that was in his car. Monday 8/16/21 another package sue for delivery marked as "held for pickup at customer request". They're only open 9:00-4:00 with an hour lunch in the middle. When exactly am I supposed to get in to pick up the package that I didn't request to be held for pickup?
