- CWCarole WilburApr 20, 20265.0It does not matter when you go to UPS Store #7770, you will be treated as a valued customer. All of the employees work well together. It is the only place I go for packages and the other services they offer. I have used this store since they first opened. Now they offer so many other services, including shredding and mailboxes. You will never regret going to this Store.

- KKKennedyApr 2, 20261.0We attempted to ship out an Easter gift to family over a week ago, and they questioned the address, which we have used before. So we said yes, this is the correct address. Over a week later, we were notified that they cancelled to ship it after we paid $16 to ship this tiny package meant for a nephew. We went to this store to see if we could get it refunded knowing it wasn’t going to make it in time and also we put chocolate in there, so we knew it would be melted. The person went to ask the manager and he seemed to be frustrated by the question, and said that we could not get the refund. We left with our package in horrible condition, we are out of that money we spent to ship it (that never got sent, even though we’ve sent things to that address before), and now our nephew has no Easter gift.
