Don’t listen to Ivy, she’s miserable, maybe do your stuff during the day. You can tell someone’s never worked retail. This Staples rocks!

Came to do an Amazon return at 8:30 and had to wait in a line because everyone was “occupied” just to find out from Matt that they stop it at 8:30pm. Why does it say you guys close at 9 pm & everyone just stops magically working before the hours of operation that are advertised. If you work late & cant go during the day because of work and can only do stuff at night. Don’t come to staples. Customer service sucks and everyone would rather not work and tell you no go to “Kohl’s” then take a scanner & scan a simple bar code. Thanks for nothing staples this is why I go to UPS

This store needs help. In around 6pm on Wednesday. See at least 3 people in the printing area not doing much. Few people wandering around maybe stocking shelves. 5-6 customers in the store. One lady running the only checkout open. Shes also running the returns. She has people waiting in line at returns and people waiting to cash out. People at returns have stacks of things to return. So she waiting on the returns while we just stand there with things to purchase. We were second in line at the cash out. We just put our stuff down and left. No one offered to help her. No one stepped up to help out paying customers. Not the first time I’ve been in this location and saw just this older lady running to stations while multiple others stand around. Customer service just not important anymore.

Between 1130 am and 12 pm on March 30,2026 my wife and I went in for my wife to find erasable pens. While looking my wife was still having trouble finding them. So went to look for some help. Except for the two working the registers there was no other employees. Which should be more. Then upon going to check out we were behind someone and the one guy employee was running two registers.
Upon finishing with the one infront of us he asked if I was ready and before I could say no because my wife was looking at pens right by the register the guy quickly left and walked over to the other female customer to take care of her. Ok no problem. But then instead of coming back to us he let the female customer tell him who he was going to help next by calling the customer over that was behind us. And instead of letting the lady know he had to take care of us because we were next. He took care of the customer she had called over. Total bs. I'm sorry but your the employee not that customer. Since this male employee can't man up and do what is right maybe he needs to find a new job
