My order wasn’t even attempted to be delivered. I have a ring doorbell camera. You didn’t even attempt to deliver it. I’ve checked the address four times. It is correct. You’re trying to say that it’s being sent back to sender on the day you tried to deliver at 9 AM Because of incorrect address you’re wrong. I’ve checked it. I’ll even add a screenshot showing that the address is correct on the order so what exactly is going on because y’all just sent an item I paid my money for back to the person I paid for for because y’all didn’t want to try and deliver it pure laziness. If you would like the photos, I’ll be glad to send them to you. I’m not putting my personal information up on this review, but I have proof you didn’t send it. I’ve got a whole camera out from my house and I’ve got the order summary that shows that the address is correctAnd who doesn’t Try to redeliver an item usually don’t you have to make a second attempt

Not only are they allergic to delivering packages, they’re also allergic to answering their phones when I’m trying to call about why they marked my package as delivered when they didn’t deliver it at all. Worst post office I think I’ve ever seen!

I've had problems with them in the past but this week takes the cake. I've had THREE packages either delayed or go missing after saying they were delivered. One package made it to Jacksonville to be delivered today BUT then I get a failure to deliver message and now it's BACK IN FAYETTEVILLE. Maybe I'll get it tmrw 🙄. I also have 2 packages from out of the country to finally be "delivered" but some how it's NOT in my box nor was a key left in my box to check the package parcels. Idk if a bunch of new people were hired this week or standards are just super low at the USPS but striking out 3xs in one week is a new level of bad. It's hard to support the USPS when they're actively screwing with your money. Use UPS or even FedEx or find an annex if you can 🙄 may cost more but people can at least scan and match address numbers to you mailbox and you get your stuff
