I brought some original artwork to be copied onto card stock and darkened and my original artwork was damaged by the machine leaving scuff marks randomly all over my art. Julie at the copy center said it must have been something I did. So I went back and took the copies they made and had them try the process over and again my originals were left with scuff marks on them. She said I would just have to fix the damage myself and there was nothing she could do!! Fix your machine!!! Seriously!!! This is totally unacceptable and obviously I will find another place to make my copies but I truly expected more from Staples.
