    Never again...had a simple 8.5 x 11 trifold...simple print job...sent it in on Jan. 27th...said they couldn't do it in store and I would hear back from their central printing within 48 hours...after FOUR DAYS i checked and got a call the 5th day. It was sent to Florida...who went back and forth for two weeks saying they had everything....every response was to allow 3-5 days...approved a final twice ....now more than a month and it still hasn't been printed... AVOID AT ALL COST…. Wait for canned answer from their representatives… read all the other unfavorable reviews and you’ll see the wording are all the same Leslie...this is all PR canned talk. NOW A month....and still not shipped ......store manager won't even apologize or acknowledge this supreme error...this is a simple double sided, trifold........all take notice of how they handle issues...or better yet...don't use them.

    The manager on duty on February 13, around 11am, was extremely rude and highly lacks any customer service skills. How do you have this man as a manager when he doesn't know how to talk to people in a proper way???? He should be working in retail with such a terrible attitude!! After seeing all the complaints already posted about this location in Jacksonville NC. I think the Company should do something about this !

    You need to better advertise your print services end 30 minutes before store closing on your website. Drove to the store for an emergency print job during business hours at 8:40pm and was turned away despite 3 staff members being available to help.

    I have never written a review before, but I just had to for Marq. He should get employee of the month, a raise, and a bonus. Marq is an ALLSTAR. he handled stress like no other, eager to help a swarm of customers all with different complaints. He made me feel seen and made the situation he was in lighthearted. He found the positives and used that energy to output good, even towards a more difficult and quite honestly mean and rude customer that was verbally attacking him. I hope Marq gets all the puppies he wants and a million dollars.
