A CUSTOMER told us that we were in the Amazon return line. We went to the checkout-nothing and neither of the two clerks working offered ANY assistance. Went to the Photo Customer Service and asked if we could check out. The clerk looked over to the checkout. I stated that there was no one to check us out. No apology, nothing. You would have thought we wanted a lot; we had two items. My business will go elsewhere; not going back to this store.

Poor customer service, there were several employees available at the time. If they are not going to accept returns during store hours like is advertised, they should make their customers aware.

After I received my business cards they were cut off at the bottom and off-centered. Canva was easier, as a big business I expected more.

Ive always had great experiences at this store with staff, so I didnt want to leave one star, but I was so disappointed in my christmas photos. The images are grainy. I ended up going to Walgreens to have new ones printed and they came out fine, so it wasnt the photo resolution.
