Sunday deliveries of packages can be problematic because the substitute driver doesn't know this. It's resulted in delivery issues from time to time ranging from "undeliverable" messages to misdeliveries. When it has, I call the Iron Station branch and they have always been very helpful in sorting things out. Today the carrier retrieved a misdelivered package and brought it to me in less than 30 minutes from the time I called. I'm grateful for small town service like this. I'm not sure I'd have even gotten someone to answer my call if I still lived in Charlotte!

Even the posted hours are not kept and sometimes they close for no apparent reason. Unorganized...packages are Sometimes there and cannot be found. Twilight zone. Mayberry.
