- MMMatthew MagistroMar 7, 20261.0Today I had to go to this location and pick up a package that needed to picked up today for my mother because she and my father were not able to come as they are driving home the whole day from vacationing in Orlando this past week. I showed the kid working the register my ID (same last name and address as my mother) and I also told him what I said in the first paragraph. He went to retrieve the package until his manager stopped him and told me that I need to show the ID of the name (my mother) on the package. I then had to call my parents who were in the middle of driving home to send a picture of my mom's ID and show it to them. I did that and I got the package, but that was more difficult than it should have been. A simple task turned into an insulting experience as the manager turned into power trip mode because he thought I was "stealing". Very upset with my experience, I will have my mother pick up UPS packages from another location.
