- FAFelecia Arrington2 days ago1.0Im going to chime in with several others on this dated ATROCIOUS NEEDS AN OVERHAUL AMBIANCE/NEEDS TO COME N2 THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY FACILITY. Hard to open doors. (Put your packages on the ground to open the door or hope that someone is coming in or out to hold the door 4u...OMG!!!) Lobby is less 2b desired. No trash bins in outside lobby area. Dated equipment. To include mail drop boxes. Looks like it was part of Tyler Perry's World War Army flick: ("6888 Postal Battalion aka 6 Triple 8"- great movie btw) Long lines, long waits at the pick up window, non helpful attitudes. Sometimes its easier although time consuming (customer svc wise-its worth it!) to drive 25 min back to my old LOVE IT PO in Harrisburg. Best kept secret. Especially using their self serve kiosk. Friendly wanna help ya attitudes. Ive been living in HV x3 months-Dec 26th, 2025. Its taken NINETY DAZZZZZE for my mail to get to me (supposedly) From Dec 28th to Feb 25th, at the writing of this its Mar 1st) I've been regularly going back n forth asking for mail until 90 days later a friendly wanna help you wearing a smile employee comes and says let me check. She walks back to me at the counter hands me a stack of mail asked for my i.d. (which mind you non of the other 50 times I came, no one did). I shared the horrendous story of my unbelief of how long, how many trips, etc since I had put in a change of address waaay waay in advance that I had no mail. She apologized friendly and replied not sure what has been going on but ur mail was sitting right there. 😡Didnt know where to go with that.. coincidently, laziness of workers if they "really looked" or just appeased me with its nothing for me, mail just that backed up...I dont know. But matter of fact as she sorted thru some saying yea, postal date stamp is Jan 28th...WOW yall. Maybe not all the time, but I pbly will do my business at Harrisburg P.O. since Im in area occasionally as my church is on that side anyway. I will say counter employee Noellie is very nice, friendly and helpful. A DEFINITE one star review for me! Ugggh! YUK!!!

Postal workers are typically rude and nasty but she was so kind and professional. Another lady in the line offered her the same compliment also and you could just see how everyone in line wasn’t on eggshells and was comfortable with approaching her register.

He reclamado a todos los trabajadores y hasta la manager pero no solucionan el problema. Tengo problemas con mis clientes todo el tiempo porque los documentos originales, cheques que envio nunca llega es un desastre y ellos solo dicen vamos a revisar y no solucionan nada. Deben cambiar a TODOS LOS QUE TRABAJAN ALLI, no sirven son pésimos todos
