I had an item today to ship that was in a cardboard box that it came in and he insisted it had to have come in an Amazon box or bag but it wasn’t from Amazon!! I just needed him to scan the barcode and print the label for me but he refused. I wasted gas, time, and printing supplies going back home, printing the UPS label and taping it on the cardboard box. I brought it to the UPS location on Davis Lake and they accepted it with no issues. Don’t waste your time with the poor service at the Eastfield location
