- HHHollyFeb 3, 20265.0So every time I come here, the service was always efficient and polite. Today a lady was upset with Tommy. I didn't witness most of her transaction. As far as I could tell, she was not skipped. When she asked for his name, he attempted to resolve whatever issue it was. She would not divulge her story and walked out. The staff, Tommy and myself were dumbfounded. I will continue to use this location. They are consistent and professional. I hope she gets her resolution.

When I got to the store I was told that they wouldn't have a notary until hours later. The people in the store were nice and referred me to a business across the street, but UPS what is going on?
