- DPDusty PennellAug 20, 20251.0Rude personnel. If your package arrives. An you decide to go pick it up. They want to look for they stay gone bout 2 min. Then say I can't find it. Next day will be out for delivery.
- 000dd_0nnJun 21, 20251.0They’ve had my package two (2) days and haven’t delivered it. Its sat in the Hudson USPS for 2 days. And they haven’t delivered it, even though I get the message that it is in transit for 2 days in a row. And I get the message after the second day that it’s delayed. I would rather walk over and collect it myself than wait for the driver to deliver it.

I was out of town for 3 weeks and when I returned my box was STUFFED with mail and ads. I got all out of box and went in to the clerk for probably the 8th time to please not put them in my box again. He call his boss to come speak with me and of course I ask her not to put them back in my box. She said she could not touch any of the flyers and I needed to throw away. I told her not to put back in my box and left. Next time I picked my mail up, the clerk had STUFFED the wad of ads in my box.. very hard to pull all my wrinkled mail out..Has anyone else ever had a problem
- DCDebbie ClementFeb 22, 20221.0Held Business Mail for 2 months because payment was incorrectly applied by the Post Office. Never contacted our business to inform us our mail was being held. The fees were paid on 11/4/2021 and as of 2/22/22 has still not been corrected. 4/6/22 Took check to PO to pay for bulk mail. Told me to come back after lunch nobody knew how to receipt the check. Went back after lunch and not even the Post Master knew how to receipt this check! They told me to come back on Monday. The temporary Post Master told me she has 25 years experience!? Very sad

And if you call to speak with the postmaster, you'll be "INFORMED", that this happens "A LOT" , it's not the informed delivery system, it's the Hudson post office !!!
