- KWKrysti WingfieldDec 20, 20253.0Lady at desk is nice & helpful, but the Saturday hours should be til 12 or 1pm. They are only open for 2 hrs on Saturdays, the day when many people can go. Parking lot needs holes filled in or resurfaced. I do like the drive up mail drop out front. I'll increase the stars if\when they extend Sat hrs & fix parking lot. They also won't come down my road for deliveries, yet their vans come on Sundays when other delivery services use them. I do understand that the road gets worse down the way, but don't block the whole road from services -just block past a certain address.

They destroyed 2 of my GFs college diplomas by leaving on the side of our house on actively raining days even when package said important documents in big red letters on it. We requested packages be left on front cover porch from now on and they decided they didn't like that and started damaging our packages. Have photos to prove it and have complained to the post master general. Now I have a photo and video of thier USPS delivery driver throwing a package on our porch, which maybe damaged now. I believe that's the type of employee you need to fire, lazy. Photo attached to this.
