When I went in to find out about this, they didn't apologize, they didn't say that they would even attempt to find a resolution, no, they decided that it was my fault and that there's nothing they can do and that I should have told the mail carrier that I still lived at the house (mind you I work from 6am to 6pm). So yeah, this postmaster needs to be fired and all the mail carriers need to understand that they don't have the authority to just send mail away on a whim.

Especially Cynthia. Cynthia was very rude and diminishing to me when I simply did not understand the process of utilizing the parcel lockers that she stated had only been there for a week. But when I wasn’t sure how to utilize them she stated “lord have mercy” and looked directly at me when she said it. Which is a very rude thing to say to a customer. Instead of diminishing the customer when they are confused, teach them! And show them how to do what is needed. I am a Military veteran with multiple disabilities and cognitive disorders. Task that ‘may’ seem simple to others is not always simple to everyone. Do better. Choose kindness over evil disgusting behavior.
