There were several employees searching but they somehow couldn’t come up with the package; quite sketchy. Very frustrating and disappointing experience — this location is not reliable for package pickups. Of Dec 10, no one at this location has attempted to call me to rectify the situation. The owner is currently responding to all the positive reviews, while ignoring my review. My package was delivered at this location, and received by one of their employees— yet, it has been mysteriously “misplaced.” Unacceptable. Why am I waiting days for a reimbursement??? Horrible customer service.
