    From Five Stars to One Star in 10 Minutes - Unreasonable Refund Policy! I was actually prepared to write a glowing 5-star review after my initial experience here. Hanna and the other staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful throughout the two days I spent gathering paperwork and setting up my private mailbox service. Today when I signed all the forms and paid $235 for 6 months of service, I was completely satisfied with the customer service. However, within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone, an urgent unforeseen circumstance occurred that required me to cancel my mailbox. I immediately called back to request cancellation and a refund. Hanna told me I needed to wait for their manager, who would be in within 40 minutes. When Joe, the manager, called, I was shocked to learn that their \"no refund\" policy meant they would keep my entire $235 payment - despite my having used the service for exactly 10 minutes. This policy turned what should have been a 5-star experience into complete disappointment. For $235 and 10 minutes of actual service, some level of reasonable accommodation seems fair to expect. The initial customer service was excellent, but management's inflexible approach to immediate cancellations is deeply concerning. **Buyer beware**: Make absolutely certain you won't need your money back before paying. Their no-refund policy applies even to immediate cancellations, regardless of circumstances.
