- JJJustGOct 21, 20251.0I got this water service through Costco and if I could give it less than one star, I would. Many times they skip deliveries, they leave you more water than you ask for or they leave you less water than you ask for. I canceled the delivery on September 19th and made an appointment for them to pick up their equipment. They didn't show up, they didn't call. I put the equipment and the bottles outside and had to drag them back in. On October 20th I called to reschedule pickup, and they said that they would be there on October 21st. She said they would give me a 4-hour window from 8-5, i said, that's not a 4-hour window that is a 9-hour window. She said, yes, it will be a 4-hour window within those 9 hours. Make sense? Not to me, but it didn't matter because they didn't show. I called again, she said they had operations issues and rescheduled for Monday. I told her if they didn't show monday I was going to trash it. This is the third time I scheduled for them to pick up their equipment. She said "thank you for choosing primo". Find another water service. This one has the worst service on the planet.
