Not sure who those two women are that wrote those negative reviews but they ARE WAY OFF BASE! Dynagraphics is well known in the Racing Industry and the Tire Business as one of the Best in the T-Shirt business! His Staff is always Friendly and Professional and would recommend this Company to Everyone and Anyone!

Terrible! I used this company about 3 years ago when a woman named Tee worked there. She was WONDERFUL! She helped me every step of the way. I contacted the company 2 years ago to make a re order. Since I had already paid all the set up fees through this company, I choose to stay with them even though Tee was no longer there. Another girl named Holly (I believe) was helping me. Again, she was pretty helpful. About 6 months ago I wanted to make a large order of Jackets, Towels, and some other things. Apparently I spoke to the owner who didn't seem to know or care about any of my requests. I asked him to help me find the right products for my company. I asked him to take a look, and get back with me within a couple days so I could hurry up and place an order in which I really needed. Of course every order I make, they make money on so you would think he'd be interested in helping me. He never got back with me. I waited one week, and I called back. He barely remembered me, and again hadn't looked into my order. He once again, he told me that he'd call me back by the end of THAT day, but of course that didn't happen. At this point, I was really mad. But I had paid ridiculous amounts of set up fees (too much by the way), so I didn't want to go with a new company. I tried him a week later and left a message, and never got a return call. THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since then I've found a new company, and they are awesome, with great prices. Folks, if you're thinking of trying out Dynagraphics..... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
