- RPRyne PhillipsNov 29, 20251.0The front desk worker at this location is rude and incompetent at her job. She told me I could not ship candy (lifesaver hard candy, chocolate candy like m&m’s, gummy candy etc) as well as plush toys and lanyards to Germany because they are prohibited items. I’ve never heard such lies in my life. I ship these same items to Germany all the time. There was no point in trying to convince the front desk worker that these items were okay to ship to Germany. They just didn’t want to do their job! So, I took my package to another USPS location and guess what? The front desk worker there helped me without any issues! I hope this Hildebran location will retrain their staff because they were really obvious in their speech and mannerisms that they really do not care about doing their job and helping the Hildebran community. They are only there for a paycheck.

- AAAshley AcordMay 29, 20241.0I would give them zero stars if I could! I have never experienced such a rude, lazy person working for usps. I was coming out of food lion and a gentleman who was 80yrs old stopped me and ask me to help him with a money order because the lady in the post office refused. We entered and waited in line. I approached the counter and ask for his money order to which she was silent. After the transaction was made she started going off on this elderly man saying the reason she couldn't help him was because she had been reported before and didn't want to lose her job? For literally helping a customer? I ask for her name and she refused to give it to me then ran and hid but i did get a piece of her in a photo (heavy set, glasses, stringy dark, greying hair, attire very sloppy)...she needs to be fired immediately and never allowed to work in a post office or with the public again. I felt so bad for this little old man,he was just trembling and nothing but apologetic, Do Better!!! All he was trying to do was pay a 26$ phone bill via money order!!

I ran into some difficulties because they wanted a physical address which I wouldn't need a PO Box if I had an address. However, they helped come up with a solution since I was in Air BnBs for the moment while we try and buy a house. Overall a good experience and checking mail is fast and easy. I also get email notifications when I receive mail.
