- DPDerick PeelerNov 13, 20231.0Extremely rude counter, I had to return a package and it was opened I didn’t know it needed to be taped shut, so I asked to borrow a piece of tape, they can’t do that she said, so I got one off the rack and paid $4 for it and left it on the counter for other people to use, she came behind me and threw it in the trash, I was dumbfounded, seriously your going to act that way over some tape!!!

I ran into some difficulties because they wanted a physical address which I wouldn't need a PO Box if I had an address. However, they helped come up with a solution since I was in Air BnBs for the moment while we try and buy a house. Overall a good experience and checking mail is fast and easy. I also get email notifications when I receive mail.
