  If I could give negative stars I would. I was returning a couple pairs of shoes to Amazon at this location. It was realized almost immediately that the wrong box was handed to the clerk and the right box was still in my possession. No one would check for the box and change it out. So the wrong shoes got shipped to Amazon. Amazon doesn't ship the items back to the customer if they receive a incorrect item its just lost. The customer doesn't get the item back. Even after explaining this and calling customer service nothing was done. So now I am out $65.00 for the items they refused to give back to me.

  They are supposed to open at 9am and I am stand g outside the door and it is 9:37. Three people went in 15 plus minutes ago and they have still not opened.

  Went today to print a few things off for a wedding coming up. I explained to the woman at the printing center what I needed and before letting me finish she immediately says it’s something I would have to order through the website. I tried to explain that while I understand some things have to be ordered that way, I couldn’t figure out how to order the specific project I had. (Which was literally table number signs and bar signs on card stock… I wasn’t asking for something challenging) I asked her if we could do it there on one of the computers available to customers so someone could help me and she brushed me off multiple times and kept saying I had to do it online. I put back the other items I intended on purchasing and took my business elsewhere. Office Depot helped me no problem.

  Ridiculous wait on Friday April 10th- several people waiting and staff started taping a box- she finally checked out the lady in front of us. Then other staff came and served the last customers in line for checkout vs the Amazon line that had been waiting. Poor customer service- I’ll never bring any Amazon return again or buy a product from staples…
