He shook his head yesterday very rudely when I didn’t move to the front of the line.I don’t think people are supposed to go to them unless we are called for our turn.( It was my first time seeing an empty UPS STORE.Honestly, I didn’t know where it started. I am not even from here.) He also rolls his eyes.Anyways he did have to do his job but had to go back again cause an issue. This time,Ethan helped me.He was really nice and patient.His finger was bandaged and maybe it was hurting but he was so patient and efficient. But that one rude experience with Connor ruined my day.

Every singletime I come in to do a return the elderly worker Ben is there, anf the experience is consistently unpleasant. He spends a lot of time talking highly of himself in a way that makes customers uncomfortable. He also talks down to customers and coworkers alike and openly complains about them to anyone within earshot. It creates an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere the moment you walk in the store . No customer should have to listen to an employee belittle people or speak poorly about others while they are just trying to complete a simple return. After multiple visits with the same behavior I am beyond frustrated and can no longer bring myself to go to this location!
