With a line of 6 people, the manager sat there and talked to a woman and young lady about hiking, camping, and the parks around the area with such a lack of awareness and lack of consideration that it was simply appalling. We didn't get help until a Young Red headed girl stepped out immediately helped us. He shook his head yesterday very rudely when I didn’t move to the front of the line.I don’t think people are supposed to go to them unless we are called for our turn.( It was my first time seeing an empty UPS STORE.Honestly, I didn’t know where it started. I am not even from here.) He also rolls his eyes.Anyways he did have to do his job but had to go back again cause an issue. This time,Ethan helped me.He was really nice and patient.His finger was bandaged and maybe it was hurting but he was so patient and efficient. But that one rude experience with Connor ruined my day.
