He has a very unfriendly personality and seems to be annoyed at performing his job. But ultimately I blame the owner of the UPS store for allowing this to go on as this is not the first time this has happened. Very unprofessional that the owner would allow this to go on. If I could give The UPS Store negative stars I would.

I had a package that was not delivered by the guaranteed time and now they are not following through on their guarantee. Not calling me as promised. I was on tge phone for 2 hours and 40 minutes talking to 9 different people that didn't speak great English to finally be told I need to go back to the store. The girl there was helpful but over a week later I still have not heard from anyone. Another trip back to the store because they do not follow through with their promises. I will never ship anything through UPS again. It should not be this difficult to get your money back.

Gave some kind of excuse about the driver not being able to use it if they did that which doesn't make any sense. I didn't get the guys name at the counter but I could tell by how rude he was that he was clearly agitated that I came in at all. Won't be back.
