  Amazon returns service terrible👎👎👎👎 guy scanning items is messy at doing his job even if I had my returns numbered and well organized

  This line issues with Amazon returns and regular check out is CRAZY theur staff is just plain rude Waited 10 min so the cashier ask me to get on the return line ... waited another 10 min so another cashier ask to get in the check out line ... how crazy is this . And the manager walking in at 10am has no clue of what in the heck is going on in this place .

  I had great experience with the technology area at Staples and Emilio in particular. First, I spoke with a manager and she explained the services offered to update my computer, check for viruses, and order a new battery. All of these services were completed on my computer faster than I expected. I frequently visit the store and find most of the staff at Staples to be very friendly and I really appreciate it. Sometimes the good customer service can really make a person's day. Thank you.

  Dear Staples Management Team, I am a long-time Staples customer and frequently come to your store to make copies and handle various business-related printing and office needs. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the customer service in the printing department has declined significantly. During my recent visits, I encountered two employees—a Caucasian man with glasses and an African-American elderly lady—who were both extremely rude and disrespectful. As a business owner who has spent hundreds and even thousands of dollars with Staples, I expect professionalism and courtesy, but what I experienced was quite the opposite. At one point, the female employee even complained out loud about wanting to leave work early, right in front of customers. If she’s unhappy with her position, that is something management should address internally rather than allowing it to affect customers’ experiences. It’s disappointing to see the Staples brand represented this way, and I sincerely hope this issue is addressed promptly. Poor service from a few employees can tarnish the reputation of the entire company and drive loyal customers away. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in the professionalism and attitude within the printing department soon.
