I went to Morganton USPS on my lunch break with the package in my hand and they said that the Hickory post office never scanned it so I have to go there. I went to the Hickory post office on a Saturday and the line was out the door with only one employee working. I ended not being able to wait. I'm wasting so much of my time and energy to get the post office to mark this package as delivered (because they did deliver it), so that I can be issued a refund. Still hasn't happened yet. This is why people ship UPS.

- SWSusan WilsonDec 16, 20251.0Was expecting several packages. Mailman handed me 3 of the 4. When I remembered I was supposed to have another one, I looked on Amazon and it said undeliverable. Waited a few days thinking it would be delivered. When I looked again, it was sent back to the seller. Called the post office and they were not concerned in the least. Stated that it was denied by customer. Which is not true. Also asked what I was supposed to do because that was a Christmas gift. Supervisor said I still had 10 days to get another one.. .the audacity. It'll take that long to get a refund. I asked her what was going to happen to the mailman and she stated she would deal with it. I asked if she could give me a call to let me know why he said I refused the package. She stated she would not discuss disciplinary actions. So, more or less, im screwed and they don't care. Very upsetting the lack of accountability at this facility.
