*If you read this review, just remember as of 10/24/25, there are obviously multiple reasons why they have a 2.1 rating on Google and they are not good. *What's ever more sadder is nobody seems to be doing anything to fix that. *After ordering a package, I got notification that it was out for delivery by USPS to my residence on a Friday. It never came and the notification said, your package had an exception and should be out the next business day. No worries or no big deal. Things happen. *Around maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, the package still had the same notification and still had not shown up. So I sent in a service request. *The next day, a so called operator from there (very rude lady btw) called me told me my apartment complex had it. Obviously, I go to the office of the complex, they don't have it because they don't take any small mailing packages. *While still giving it the benefit, I give it a few more days to show up and it never does. So I drive to the post office myself and give them the tracking number to see if they can tell me what's going on. The lady there was very nice and looked around and could not find the package. She then told me it was probably a scanning issue where it was not scanned in. So she got my info down and told me she was going to tell her supervisor about the situation to get into contact with me about it. *A few more days go by and no supervisor contacted me. So I called and spoke with a supervisor named Matt. He looked around for it around 5 to 10 min and he could not find it as well. He told me he would call me back in the next hour to see what he can do. Guess what.....been a few days later and he still hasn't called back. *It's obvious the package is lost. Things happen and I understand that part. What makes it bad is that there is no update, operator gave me false information as to what she just assumes. Nobody reached out. And even after me chasing and chasing after it, nobody still reached out after they said they would.
