- MLmarcia lambDec 12, 20251.0I was expecting a package on Dec 9th, my tracker stated that it was picked up at facility which is incorrect because I haven’t been at the facility in 6 plus months. I called the office on the 10th to find out where my package was, I was told it would be delivered on that day, still on the 10th, no package. I called on the 11th, clerk said she was going to call the carrier and give me a call back. Never received that call back. I called on the 12 only to find out my package was I’m assuming was delivered to a wrong address. I was expecting another package on the 12th, my tracker stated it was left on front porch. No package at door or mailbox. My package was left once again at the wrong address. This is an ongoing problem for the Hertford Postal Service. This has happened to me on several occasions and it’s becoming quite frustrating, especially when you no longer have a need for the item due to no delivery.

Most of our mail is time sensitive, and this is causing nothing but headaches and financial burden. Bills can not be paid on time if they don't arrive until after the due date 🙄 If we're expected to pick up our mail in person, there should be some sort of communication stating as such. My phone number and email are both on file, yet their has been zero communication. This is what our tax dollars pay for? This is downright shameful. Do better *UPDATE I went to file a complaint for missing mail that's over a week late. I was told there is not such process, although the USPS website says specifically to go to the local post office and file a complaint. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done
