Went for a passport and was helped by Sean. He made things as quick and easy as possible, and was friendly and kind. I went during the walk-in time 1-3pm on Saturdays. Be warned it fills up very fast! I arrived at 12:30 and there were already folks in line. Highly recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes before walk in hours start.

I had a horrendous experience today getting my sons passport process done. Out of all my younger years going to this post office getting my own passport process done with my parent I have came across really helpful employees who helped answered all my parents questions and concerns regarding the passport application in a cordial manner. What arose today was that I asked the employee who was an elderly African American woman a simple question in regards to my sons passport application because I was confused on what to fill out for that specific section and she responded in a awful disrespectful tone and stated “ By you asking me questions you are delaying my part of the process. If you have questions you can ask but you are delaying me.” I proceeded to still ask the question and she gave me a response and continue to state “ see you didn’t need to fill that part out. If I could’ve started the process I would’ve let you know that. And if I need you I will let you know.” While being there she also mentioned I had to stay behind the yellow line to allow her to do her work. I felt like I was racially profiled since I am a Hispanic women by the tone and attitude she had since the beginning.
