No verifying the pickup log. No accountability whatsoever. Just deflection. I wouldn’t trust this UPS Store with anything more important than junk mail. If you need to ship something valuable or time-sensitive, go to a different UPS Store or another shipping location entirely. This place treats customer property and basic responsibility like optional chores.
