- CMC MDec 3, 20251.0Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE for Amazon returns. You'll stand in line forever. Half of my returns I didn't receive a receipt. Now I'm having to contact Amazon. No one at this location knows what they are doing, at all. No one is willing to help. "Pay the price and go to UPS", alright, BET! Because I'll never return for anything at this crummy store. Shut it down, I'm surprised it hasn't. I'm sure Amazon is the only way this place is surviving.

The store is never stocked and the employees that work there are either slow or incompetent. Myself and numerous people have reported this to Amazon who said they would investigate this store. Looks like Staples shut the wrong store down, this should have been one of them!

The bolts that hold it together were tough to install properly. It was not possible to tell when they were snugged entirely down. It felt like half of them actually stripped out the receptacle they were fitted into.

EVERY TIME I have went in for the past several months it has stunk. Maybe have your employees leave a change of clothes at work so they don't make your whole store smell. 🤷♀️ Just a suggestion.
