- BGButterscotch GavekJun 2, 20251.0Very poor customer service. My business used to get 15-20 bottles every week. Now they constantly reschedule appointments abd we go 3-4 weeks between deliveries. If we are lucky. Customer service is a joke. They just apologize and reschedule for 3-4 days later. Then in 3-4 days they reschedule again. Over and over. Nothing changes.
