- MDMatthew DeputyJul 16, 20254.0My Mother wasn't getting her Newspaper, I initially called the Paper and they told me it was getting delivered to the Post Office but not being delivered to her. Well today I had nice lady from the Post Office call me to explain more about whats going on and reassure me they will be taking steps to ensure my Mom gets her Newspaper. It was nice that they actually reached out to me and hopefully they fix whatever the issue was as my Mother depends on those Newspapers.

And when I say they've been beyond helpful over the years as well, I truly mean it. I can call out there any time and no matter who answers the phone, they can always answer my questions and they do their best to help me when I have a missing package or anything honestly. I don't know what I'd do without these people. My mail delivery lady from this specfic that I have had the pleasure of having for the longest time now, has been the mail carrier I've ever had. She is finally moving to an easier route for her, which she deserves so much after beating cancer! I'm excited to get to know whoever is my next delivery person! They always put my packages at the front door if I'm not there to answer the door when they knock. They always help me do whatever I can to get my packages out safely & as cheaply as possible! We all know the prices have gone up so much & any time I can get help figuring out a cheaper way of doing things, I'll take it! I'm not sure why there's such a low ratting on this post office when there's such wonderful people working there, but trust me when I tell you that they're truly a great place to go for your mail needs. And not just that, but they can even help you get a post office box if you need one. It is so nice to have a post office that has employees that get to know you over the years. It's great that they'll do whatever they can to help you too. Most other post offices in bigger towns & cities don't get to know you, nor do they really go out of their way for you like these people at this place!!!
