I thought first that the attitude might exist because of the government shutdown, but they are being paid! Simply service requests should be honored. If they don't like their jobs-- find another one.

Then recieved 2 delivered emails that evening saying 554pm and 629pm nothing in mail box and no tire tracks to show were even at my mail box. This is second time its happened. Lets see if they show today like last time showing up next day. What i see is fraudulant documenting. Yes i have kept these emails since they dont answer phone
- RDRi DavisJun 10, 20251.0I am new to this area, and I must say that the postal service here has been the worst I have ever experienced as a homeowner. A mail carrier from the Hall River location came to my home and placed packages in front of my garage, blocking access. When I kindly asked her not to do that, she ignored my request and laughed. On another occasion, she returned on a Sunday and did the same thing. I again asked her to please put the packages on the porch, as everyone else does. Instead of complying, she told me that she was doing me a favor and that I hadn’t even offered to help her with the boxes. I submitted a complaint online and was contacted for a follow-up. However, the next day, a different package was not delivered. I received a notice stating that I would need to pick it up at the post office, which felt like retaliation for filing my complaint. Looking at the available reviews, it seems this may be the same person involved, and I intend to escalate this issue until it is resolved. The customer service has been very poor. Follow up I want to commend the Postmaster at the Hall River Post Office for exceptional service. She went above and beyond in handling my complaint, ensuring it was resolved promptly. Her personal delivery of my mail and packages truly exemplified her dedication. Grateful for the outstanding customer care!
